Splash Screen Cannot be located Error

I just updated my Unity project from 2017.3.1 to 2018.2.3

No code was changed, but now after building to windows store get an error about "SplashScreen.jpg" cannot be located, and I need to fix the file path? I attached the email that shows it. Looking online, couldn't find any fix that worked. I don't have any scripts / scenes / files with the name of "SplashScreen" in my project. No changes were done to PlayerSettings, we do have Unity Pro so we don't use the Unity splash screen, and we don't use a "Splash screen" either.

We use IL2CPP, XAML, and target machine is PC.
