speech recognition is not supported on this machine unity

Good Afternoon!

We have been working 6 months in a 3d strategy / turn based game where you control your units by voice.

Recently sharing the project and receiving feedbacks we noticed that 2 of 15 players the Speech recognition system stopped working at x time (we are now testing with these users the error and what is going on).
I mean it worked perfectly but suddenly never recognized the players voice ever again.

The second problem is the "speech recognition is not supported on this machine unity" where the user can't even start playing. We sent him the unity version and we saw on console that he recieves the message above.
Do we need to ask the user for some provilegies like:

• Hey we want to use your mic, could you please give us permission?

Something like that to avoid the "Is not supported in this machine".

I hope I explained myself correctly.
