Specular Occlusion + Bent Normals in Standard pipeline?

    How I can implement the Specular Occlusion function with Bent Normals in Standard Shader using custom lighting model? Just like it does in HDRP?

    I cannot find the actual math for this, maybe you can point me to some or already implementeed in some asset ?
