Specular highlights improvement

    Turning up the smoothness to 1 results in no highlights from realtime lights at all. This is especially bad because the smoothness parameter drives both the IBL reflections and the analytical specular highlights, so I have to choose between visible highlights or sharp reflections.

    There should be a minimum highlight size parameter for lights, just like in Unreal.
