Spam, spam, spam..!

I spend my time reporting spam threads, how is it that this happens? How is it that spam threads that were created hours ago are still there? How is it that I must wait 20 seconds before reporting another spam thread?

 

Please don't make a thread to complain about spam. They're not bots, but humans making accounts. Thanks.
