Space Shooter Tutorial Troubleshoot

Hi guys, i'm new in Unity here and trying to study it... i'm having some problem on the Space Shooter tutorial... see the screen shot that I captured, whenever I move my space shooter it multiplies itself. but when I check its script there's no error in it. any thoughts about this problem? would like to know about it. Thanks!!
