Sounds and Particle effects go off before needed

    So I'm learning Unity by YT-tutorials and I do everything as said in the videos, but for some strange reason, when I start the game sounds and particle effects go off even though they are scripted to go off when I pick something up.
    I tried rewatching, redoing everything, noticing every small parameter and it still misbehaves.
    Does anyone have the same problem?
    Can someone please help me?

    Also, found out that sounds and particles play when the level is restarted
