    Hi all,
A quick help would be much appreciated. I ported a project from 4.3 to 5. Everything went well except for the sound effects. When it plays, clips over some db turn to noise like old fm radios. unbearable.

    I tried few things:
    1. Created a new project in Unity 5 and played the same clips there. Works well.
    2. Create a new audio clip from a newly imported media, new audio source and tried to play in the ported project - fail : noise comes.
    3. Applied high pass filters with a mixer - still fails.
    4. The Project Settings -> Audio setting are default in both cases.
    5. Changing Project Settings -> DSP Buffer Options did not make any effect.

What else can I try? Please help.

I finally managed to figure out what was happening... Somehow the volume was playing at 500%. I have no clue why it is. Must be caused by the porting, So, I use 0.02f volume for all the audio play calls. Works well for now.
