So I've been trying to brush up on "Unity Navigation Fundamentals" and it turns out I can't watch the course anymore. Does anyone know why?

    Here is the proof:

It looks like other Pluralsight courses are unavailable as well.

    To Unity:

Deprecating the only good courses on Learn? Please don't! I find them extremely useful.

Why not just put them into some kind of "Legacy Archive" bucket. That way, everyone will know that these are old, but people who find them useful can still access them.

For example "C# Scripting in Unity: The Observer Pattern" is universal and will always be useful to anyone who is interested in implementing the Observer pattern in Unity.

Don't delete, just archive. Let us still use this.

Too late but you can find them at Pluralsight's: https://www.pluralsight.com/

Yeah, but on Pluralsight I have to pay for them. And on unity learn, they were free.

They had been made free at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, before that you had to pay from them.

They should stay on Learn and be free for the community.

I hope Unity can reverse this situation. I often go back to these courses to get a reminder on how some scripts were put together.

Learn isn't much without Pluralsight courses, unfortunately.

I followed most of these courses and honestly many were just too old, some don't even work any more. Furthermore, even if they were free for us, they probably still cost money to Unity Technologies.

I agree that Learn has still to be improved but there has been progress. :)

    Hi @Entikai !

It looks like you found our other thread, but I did want to provide a few recommendations here as well. There are a number of courses that cover navigation, pathfinding, and NavMesh agents. Chief among them would be the Beginner AI Project, which should get you up and running pretty quickly (https://learn.unity.com/project/beginner-ai-pathfinding) If you’re looking for a handy guide to NavMesh Agents this would be a handy guide as well (https://learn.unity.com/tutorial/working-with-navmesh-agents#)

    Hope that helps!
