Bug Sometimes the text in my main menu scene become black instead white. Is there any fix ?

I'm using Unity3d editor version : 2019.4.15f1 Personal

This is a screenshot show the main menu with the text. This is the correct text :



but sometimes without doing anything just running the game the text seems to be gone or the text color seems to be black :



When I move the black sheet on the left I see that the text is now in black instead in white :



And now it's white again and I didn't do anything again for some reason it become white again.
And when I checked the text/s settings in the inspector it didn't change the color to black in any case but in the game view window the text looks black.

Now it's fine again but it happens a lot.
