Question Someone know where this setting is?

In the past, I made a thread asking how to make my tilemap read the R values of each of its tiles and then add blocks accordingly. One comment suggested adding the colors to some settings in Unity. The problem is that I forgot where to add the colors. Where can you add colors in the unity settings? Maybe something about tilemaps or palettes? I remember it was in one of the Unity settings tabs.
