Someone help please

    So basically I'm making a game in unity. And I am a bit confused with ads. So in order to implement ads in the game, game needs to be published at Google Play Store, or Apple store. But, I'm not so sure if I can register for a developer console in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I've found Google's documentation about supported countries, and looks like I can register an account for developer console, but I can't be a merchant, or whatever it's confusing. I would be sooo thankful if someoene could check this out for me and help me. I also apologize if there are some grammar misstakes, my english is not so good :( Looking forward to an answer :)

    According to this page, you only need a merchant account if you are selling paid apps or selling in-app products:

    So it sounds like you don't need a merchant account if you are only showing ads in your game.

    If you are using Unity Ads, you would need to comply with our Terms of Service and related policies. I'm not aware of any restrictions for Bosnia and Herzegovina, so you shouldn't have any problems there.
