Some wired thing with tessellation displacement shader.

I was trying https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/shaders/directx-11/dx11-tessellation-displacement-37322

to achieve tessellation displacement for My MegaScans trees(with downloaded displacement map)

When i apply the tessellation shader to my tree, it became like "
Normal Extrusion"


When i apply This tessellation shader to my character , my character's body became "dropsy" or "Extrusion"

there is something wrong with my model or displacement map?
