Some problem with blendshape transform data

Hello can someone help with blendshapes. They mess my avatar. After some exports/imports i found this part, blendshapes work in world coordinates, not in local, how i can fix this issue? Can someone help?
In scene view mode, its normal but when i add this in game, blendshapes goes wrong
