Some feedback on the new UIElements

    I haven't messed with these all that much, but besides the more flexible styling system, I really don't get what is such a big improvement over the existing system.

    Even messing with UIElements I feel that editor windows are seriously hampered in the UI realm, especially compared to all the immense power we have with the newer system in runtimes. In comparison the IMGUI system and the UIElements system are both severely hampered in what you can do with little to no ability to build new UI controls or systems.

    I don't know if there is more to the new UIElements system that I was missing, but it seems to be to essentially be IMGUI with style sheets.
