    I had this problem 10 minutes ago and its very easy but you wouldn't find the answer even if you searched all the internet .

    Probably if you make your player animations inside unity (Like me) you don't make humanoid animations .This video explains how to make humanoid animations inside unity with the right way (in 30:04) :
