Sorry, but I've gotten confused as I've been looking at using Unity Collaborate for a project larger than 1gb (the limit in Unity Teams Basic).

I have 3 pro seats and they all say Unity Teams Basic. And it wants me to pay to upgrade to Unity Teams Advanced. On the site it says Unity Teams Advanced is included with new Unity Pro memberships.

Could someone from Unity please clarify the situation for an idiot like me, just in case there is a mistake and my account hasn't been updated.

Is it a temporary promotion for new memberships only and I, an existing pro user with 3 seats, would have to pay?

Or is it a mistake, and mine should now be on Unity Teams Advanced.

    Thanks for your time :)

Hi @alternative_richie, you should have been given an email with a code for Teams Advanced after your Pro membership purchase unless it was purchased offline instead of through the web store. You should then have received a Teams Advanced code from your sales rep. I went ahead and upgraded you to Teams Advanced with 3 seats. Let us know if you run into any more issues and sorry for the inconvenience.

[EDIT] Clarified that an email code should be sent when Pro memberships are purchased.
