    EDIT4:
I was able to solve this by deleting the DualTouchControls UI element and dragging the prefab into the scene again.

    EDIT3:

At least the error message seems to be known:
    https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/is...ing-pointers-dot-while-unity-remote-is-in-use

How this issue is not resolved after about being known for about 4 1/2 months, I don't know.
With Unity being used for mobile development a lot, I cannot imagine this being of low priority.

Anyway, it seems the errors show up either way.
But the controls don't work either.

EDIT: Bug report case number: 830510
    __________

    EDIT2:
I just retrieved Unity Remote 4 from a backup and downgraded again just to make sure.
When testing Unity Remote 4 with Unity 5.4.0f3, I faced the exact same issues.
So this is rather an issue related to the editor than to the app.
Note that Unity Remote 4 worked seamlessly with 5.4.0 beta versions.
I can't be the only person running into this? Can nobody reproduce that? Is it a known issue? (Couldn't find anything online, though)

    Also,
    - when I actually build the app, everything works
    - on iPad mini 2, I can move, but when I move while looking around, the controls freak out*
    - on iPad mini 2, the image is shrinked. Seems like it uses 16:9 input and shrinks it to 4:3*

*happening in both Unity Remote 4 and Unity Remote 5

    __________

    Hello!

I am having a problem with the new Unity Remote 5 when using the DualTouchControls (and a FPSController).

While I am able to rotate the camera using the right pad and I can jump using the lower right pad, I cannot move using the one on the left.

This worked in Unity Remote 4. I am not sure if it is related to Unity 5.4.0f3, though.
I updated both Unity and Unity Remote.
Using Unity 5.4 beta versions and Unity Remote 4 did work.

    Software used:
    Unity 5.4.0f3
    Unity Remote 5
    Mac OS 10.11.6

    Hardware used:
    Macbook Pro
    iPhone 5S

Am I doing something wrong here or is this a bug?
    Can you reproduce this?
I attached a screenshot of the error messages.

    Best wishes,
    Shu
