Edit: Solution to this problem is to clear your browser's cash. It worked for me. This is how:

    Problem Chapter: https://learn.unity.com/tutorial/th...uv=2019.3&projectId=5d08e170edbc2a001fca31ef#

As you can see, I can't watch these videos.

I've been going through "Unity Navigation Fundamentals" Pluralsight course on Unity learn, and watched first few chapters with no problem. I love the course so far and I've learned a lot. It's really premium quality, and the tips are advanced, especially the scripting part. It's useful to beginners and pros alike.

However chapter called "The NavMesh Agent - Part 2" doesn't play videos, as you can see on the link. I've tried playing the videos on every known browser, Chrome, Brave, Opera, Edge, Internet Explorer and Safari, doesn't work on any of them.

I've also tried opening the chapter on my iPhone 11 Safari browser and even iPhone doesn't run the videos.

Can anyone help me figure out how I can watch this chapter, I'm really into the course and I love what I've learned so far: https://i.gyazo.com/22890cc7b5f1c3aab2e6acc1ba4cf5e8.mp4

I've seen here that someone said Unity Connect is offline....
    https://connect.unity.com/
...and that that might be causing the issue. I hope I can still watch Unity Learn Pluralsight tutorials on there are some of the best courses available on the internet. Trust me when I say that, I watch a lot of tutorials. And it's all free, I can't complain there.

Yes, it seems that all Pluralsight Videos are not accessible at the moment, maybe its because they are hosted on a different server? I hope it get fixed soon!

So probably all the tutorial videos were hosted through the Unity Connect server right? Because they all seem to be inaccessible at the moment...

I hope all tutorial videos will be restored. I commenced programming course just a couple of days ago. It will be a pity if they shut down Unity Learn as well.

Not the Junior Programmer Pathway.. At least it doesn't work for me yet..

Edit: Maybe it was just Unit 1 that wasn't working. I skipped forward a bit and they work perfectly...

The response I got from Unity Learn administrator! It helped me to fix the issue.

"Hi! We're sorry that videos aren't loading at the moment. The team recently updated the Learn platform and an old version of your site may be cached by your browser.

You can hold down Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Command + Shift + Delete on Mac) To access your browser’s options on clearing the cache. Then check the box to clear the cache of temporary internet images and files, and confirm. Then, re-load this page and you’ll be back on your learning journey!

Thank you for your patience and for reaching out about this issue!"

For me clear cache didnt work, however, there is ugly workaround by accessing videos by direct link(from network tab request) and download them part-by-part. Is there some other solution?

I am using FireFox and Chrome on windows 10, I cleared everything (cache / tmp ...) and video don't work, same thing with Edge
I tryed on my linux pc and everything work !!
I install Opera on my windows 10 and it work !!!
I re-install Firefox and Chrome, nothing change, doesn't work.
Maybe it need more than cleaning browser cache

Same behavior with me. Last week it did not show the tutorial videos at all, now I see the play button and can press it, but the video loads endlessly (in Chrome).

Clearing the cache doesn't work for me. Tried that on all browsers, but the videos still don't play. It just loads endlessly.

As of 06/03 videos don't load on Firefox, Chrome and Edge, also after clearing the cache

For those who come here finding answers:

I found that when I tried to view the videos on Edge, Chrome or Firefox, I had no joy.

Opening the page in Brave or Opera, I found those videos work.

So the moral here is - keep trying browsers until one works?!

    Nothing changed.
https://learn.unity.com Still crashes in Firefox, Edge and Chrome when you're locked in.
Come on Unity guys, I mean your WebGL applications are terrible, but you will have a capable web developer on staff who can fix the problem.

Happy to investigate further! Could you please share one of the tutorials that was causing the issue?
