[Solved] Unity editor black screen. Ubuntu 16.04

Hi guys im having big problems with my unity install on Ubuntu 16.04. Starting unity two box's appear, one is the usual box with the unity logo and another is with a black screen saying "recent": http://i.imgur.com/WkMlulq.png I have tried re-installing and adding folders that helped other people with the same issue. I have also installed node.js and nmp, both latest versions. Any help please?

 

Just tried installing the windows version using WINE with the same black screen with a new title message: Unity 5.50f3

omg so happy, just re-installed nms using commands "sudo apt-get remove nodejs", "sudo apt-get install nps"and "sudo apt-get install nodejs" and it works!
