    I been attempting to upgrade my Unity Teams account sense friday and I keep getting stuck in an infinite redirect loop. Anyone have success?

    Edit: That should be Unity Teams in the title ... need more coffee

    Hi @avotas --- on what page are you experiencing this?

    @johng_unity here are the steps:

    www.unity3d.com -> [Profile] -> Services -> [Project Name] -> Settings -> Users -> Manage Seats -> Upgrade to Unity Teams Advanced (Green Button) -> "You are being redirected - please wait"

    The redirect URL is https://store.unity.com/upgrade/ [plus identifier code I assume]

    Hope that helps!

    Hi @avotas --- thanks for the details. we'll look into this and get back to you. However, one other path you might want to try and see if that works is to go here:

    https://unity3d.com/teams

    Select 'Start your 30 day free trial', then select the number of seats you want and 'Continue to Purchase' and then you'll have an opportunity to select your organization and proceed to checkout. It is slightly different flow but the end result will be the same. We'll investigate the issue your reported but let me know if that works for you.

    @johng_unity Well, different error using your link.

    checkout.unity.com
    ’s server IP address could not be found.

    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    Is this a possible side-effect for being apart of the Beta?

    No this is unrelated to being part of the beta
