    Hey, guys! I just downloaded the latest version of Unity 2018.2.9f1, because my previous one (Unity 2017.1.2f1) crashed on building for WebGL with IL2CPP. The very first time this latest version started normally, but also crashed on building for WebGL (my PC just restarts). I searched forums and seamed to find the cause of the problem (cyrillyc characters in building directory), wanted to check, but now the whole Unity doesn't want to start. I tried several times. I restarted my PC, and nothing. The error says I have problems with network connection, but it's feeling great and I didn.t change any net configs.

    I use Unity on Windows 10 version 1803 build 17134.228

    Here are my full logs uploaded.

    And here is an error from Editor.log:
    ===============================================
    [Package Manager] Server::Start -- Port 65242 was selected
    [Package Manager] Cannot connect to Unity Package Manager local server
    [Package Manager] Server::EnsureServerProcessIsRunning -- ReadyRequest exceeded maximum alloted time, ran for [10] seconds
    [Package Manager] Server::Kill -- Server was shutdown
    [Package Manager] PackageManager Server::Start -- Process restart attempt #78

    ================================================
    Please, help!

    Thanks for the hint! The problem was with my antivirus software Kaspersky Internet Security. I turned it off. Windows firewall was still turned ON, but now Unity started great!
