[Solved] Unable to use cloud services

    I am currently unable to download the last couple of updates from my team. I have the following error:

    When I dismiss the error and click update, I get this:

    When I check the Timeline, I see this:

    How do I fix this?

    Hi @ChaosResolution, Collaborate experienced a temporary outage yesterday in the US and EU that has since been resolved. Can you reattempt to Update from the Collab Toolbar and refresh your Timeline in the Dashboard to see if you are still experiencing those issues?
