[SOLVED]searching City Generator SW (posted in the forum)

Hi,

someone posted a thread about a great (and as far as i can remember a very expensive) software to create citys, here in the forum.
I cant find the thread. Please if you know the tool or can give me the link to the thread or the homepage of the software post here !
