[Solved] "Report Received" events have stopped being received in Slack and MSTeams apps

    Unity Cloud Builds with Cloud Diagnostics "Report Received" integration events for Slack and MSTeams are no longer being received.
    Across multiple UCB projects which have Slack And MSTeams integration for these events, the last reveived event we are seeing was on 13th Feb
    These reports are still showing in the Cloud Diagnostics -> User Reports dashboard.

    Ah, I thought I was going crazy since we made other changes as well. We are experiencing the same issue. I've tried removing and re-adding the integration on both the slack and dashboard side.

    same issue here. Does not work in Slack or JIRA integrations.

    User Reports do not work, but Crashes& Reports are working.

    We are having the same issue across all of our projects. Trello, Slack, and email integrations stopped working for user reports.

    This issue looks to be resolved now, as of about a week ago we have been seeing MSTeams and Slack notifications from user reports.
