[Solved] Having trouble upgrading basic team to advanced.

    Hi,

    I'm trying to upgrade my unity team basic to advanced, but when I'm at the end of the road and pushing pay now this : ''The system failed to upgrade your current subscription, please try again later.'' is what comes up. Been trying for hours, but its just the same every time.

    I have money so it should not be on my end.

    Anyone have any solution for this? Do I and the whole team need to buy a plus subscribtion to be able to upgrade the team to advanced?

    Hi @rasmustomifahlander, we've looked into the issue you're having and have resolved it on our end. Could you try again to upgrade to Teams Advanced?
