[Solved] Having trouble accessing Teams Advanced

    Hello!
    Yesterday we found a problem accessing project , that we develop in group.
    Can anyone help?

    Here are the trouble screens

    Trying to access Project menue from site leads to screen with following message.

    This site can’t be reached
    developer.cloud.unity3d.com took too long to respond.

    Try:

    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
    :
    PLEASE HELP!!!

    @Jemar1976 sorry to hear you're having connectivity issues. If you happen to be working within some parts of Russia, there are reports of blocked access to any services using AWS or Google Cloud Platform (https://meduza.io/en/news/2018/04/1...-of-thousands-of-ip-addresses-owned-by-amazon). Unfortunately, there's not much we can help with other than to suggest use of a VPN.

    If you're not in that area, then I'd recommend asking your local network admin about any potential issues they might be having with your network gateway (firewall, router, etc.). You can use our Network Reporter to test access to our services and submit the resulting report to the Customer Support from your project's "Collab" section in developer.cloud.unity3d.com (or email to collabsupport@unity3d.com).

    Thank you for answers, Bradunity. Yes, all of our team involved in project development are in Russia. Will think about means to solve the problem. Please inform us if possible in case of any idea how to settle the issue. Thank you again!
