[Solved] Get unity teams - not found

    Hi, ive added a new user to my organisation, assigned a seat and assigned the project to them. They can now see the project in unity hub but its greyed ouy saying "Get Unity Teams". When he clicks that link it goes to a 404 page. What are we doing wrong? Thanks

    Hey @Primoz56, I'm sorry for the issue your teammate is having joining the project. Has your teammate tried restarting the Hub after seeing this? Can you also make sure that your teammate has been assigned at least a Manager role in the project? Teammates with the User role are unable to download projects.

    He tried restarting Unity Hub and nothing changed. After logging out of his account and back in, that seems to have fixed it. Thanks for your help
