Collaborate server connection issues? Did a report using your network tool it looks like a cert error.

In Unity collab has a red exclamation mark sign where it usually shows a green checkbox for showing the status of it being up to date.

Tried refreshing, restarting, and rebooting. The message on the collab window is "Cannot get revision from server."

Same! I am working on a time sensitive project, and now I can't upload my files for others to work on!

I did the same thing, I also checked via their web services and all of my projects that are still active on Collaborative are throwing retrieval errors - which would point at a general collaborative services outage

Hi everyone! Part of our base service was deployed with an older configuration pointing to an expired certificate that caused connection failures until the configuration was updated and redeployed. As of last Thursday this issue should now be resolved. I'm so sorry for the late response on this matter and please let us know if you are still running into a similar issue.

Try signing out and back in again in the Unity hub. Worked for me. It now allows me to submit my changes.

Please note Collaborate has been upgraded to Plastic SCM, meaning all its features and servers were taken down, which seems to be why you're seeing this error message.

There is a good chance your Collab projects were migrated over to Plastic as part of our automated migration effort, so please go to Plastic SCM's cloud dashboard and check if your projects reside in your plastic organization.
