[SOLVED] Asset Store order declined (level 11 not working)

Hello everyone!
As it is the first of the month and there are new items available to level 11, I wanted to take a look at them and actually wanted to download some of those.
But when I try doing so, I get an error message on the "Review your Order" page.
It says "Your order was declined. Please verify your information."
This page only shows the Billing Address along with the Payment Details, which are both correct and "Your Order", "Total amount" and "Pay".
So basically, that page only allows me to click on "Pay", which leads to the described error message.
Also, I allowed pop-ups just like it says in the window that has shown up for entering my password.
I’m on Mac OS Yosemite using Safari 8.
Any ideas?

i'm getting same issue

 

since yesterday i have this error (first time ever in years)

 

Worked fine for me 10 minutes ago. Try again if you're still having a problem.

all info is correct.

 

send an email to assetstore@unity3d.com. There are a few others that have had L11 issues this month for some reason it sounds like.

The problem really is only occurring for level 11 assets, at least for me. When I try to buy and download other assets (I just downloaded some free assets), it works.

 

It seems to be working again.

 

I know this topic has been closed, but it can still help. How do I know the assets at level 11.
