Resolved Solution to bad GPU performance in 2020, 2021 etc.

    This is turned OFF by default, it spins up the GPU to full speed and adds the semaphore ms to the profiler.

    Turn it on, and you'll go back to normal editor performance.

    (perhaps this was turned ON by default in Unity 2019)
