Softimage FBX animated character problem

    I'm having lots of trouble exporting an animated character from Softimage to Unity.

    Funny thig is that previously I exported the exact same animation and was working properly, I just plotted the animation and hit export FBX....now is not working and I don't understand why...

    Basically I have the rig and the shadow rig, I plotted all the animations from the shadow rig and I'm exporting in FBX

    One thing I notice is that, if I import the same FBX into 3ds I can see the rig that is performing the animation, while the mesh is not moving at all...is like its not connected to the rig, while in Softimage it works perfectly...

    The same animation ( saved as a PSK/PSA ) work perfectly on UDK...

    Someone has the same problem or know how to solve it?

    Edit: Once you import your character into Unity3D ( wihout modifying anything, just drag&drop from project + hierarchy ) the animation should run automatically, is that right?
