Bug Socket: bind failed, error: Address already in use(98)

    When I boot up Unity, I almost always get the following error in the console:

    Socket: bind failed, error: Address already in use(98)

    Interestingly, it doesn't seem to have any visible effects on Unity's performance. Any ideas on what this is?

    I'm running 2018.3.3f1 through Unity Hub on Ubuntu.
