    And why this buttons I clicked will go to the tags but not fill to the box? Did you guys use the website? That not make sense for a human.

    Why clicking [CANCEL] just refresh the page, and clicking [SEND CODE] never send me a message?

    Seems like in china there are other rules that unity uses than other countries

    I believe this is from two factor authentication activated on your account. Disable it if you don't like this. It may be that China users are required to keep it enabled, as I'm sure there are a number of reporting requirements the government imposes which necessitated China getting their own unique versions of Unity builds.
