    I went to download all excited, cause all time I can save on compiling it's time I can spend elsewhere but it seem I am not allowed to try it. Was it intentional or a mistake?
    It seem strange to limit yourself to pro users only for these release as there doesn't seem to be that many people willing to try.

    Sorry but that's not what the Welcome thread that is pinned at the top of this section of the forum says. In the availability section of the Welcome thread it says that all builds in this section of the forum are available for everyone no matter what licence you hold.

    As stated above, I just went to check and it seem it should be available to everybody.

    Then you'll have to email support and have them check on your license.

    Which preview product are you trying to download? I would prefer that nothing here is license restricted, so we'll need to investigate what is wrong.

    Thanks for the information. In 5.3 there was a pro-only license check enabled which we did not notice - sorry about that. That check is gone in 5.4, so you should be able to try the 5.4-based compiler upgrade preview we'll be shipping soon.

    We're not planning to ship another 5.3-based preview with the check removed at this time.
