Snow crash was excellent book. Request for help for project

I am looking for a coder, gaming, unity, preferable with a knowledge of mobile gaming in particular to help me with some basic information. Before the eye rolls and return to thread list, I will pay for your time.
The topics will cover what roles are needed in a complete online mobile mmo and be very nub but I’m told I’m fairly charming and pick things up quick. Lol
Don’t really know how to snag some interest, besides good old money, but I want to undertake a gaming project and need basic info to begin that and one hr of someone from this community's time will really help me out.
