smoothing godrays and shadow issues.

    hey everyone I was having some quality issues and I was wondering if there was a way to clean them up.

    first I am hving an issue where my god rays are really boxy and I was wondering if there was a way to clean this up.

    on the left I have a pic of the god rays with no AA, and on the right with 16x. 2x-16x look pretty much identical.

    second my trees are not casting shadows on my main mesh object. they will cast shadows on the terrain mesh but not my imported object.

    and last the color/contrast of my shadows is hugley different between the ones being cast on my main building and the terrain around it. what is making the terrain go so dark that it cant be seen and how do I correct this issue

    thanks for all your help, sorry if all of this is super easy, but I am still really new to unity.
