I'm using text mesh pro and my font is really small, and no matter what I try it is always blurry at that size. I want it to be crisp, even at really small sizes. How do I do that?

Small text is very difficult to render cleanly due to the number of pixels you have available to define the shape of the individual characters. For super small text bitmap fonts with hinting with pixel alignment and rendered at 1:1 will always provide for the best results. See the following post and thread about this.
