Slender man

So I have played the game slender. But i want to know if anybody could give me i guess it's called a asset. A slender man asset. The reason why is so MAYBE i can make another type of slender...Please help me. If you can't don't post.

 

Why? Don't you dare make another Slender rip-off. It's getting very stale, very quickly. Don't join the masses and do something original.

 

Ugh could you at least give me some ideas for a game?

 

Variety is the spice of life! I think you should buck down and make your slender game. Why not!

The more slenderoonie games out there the better, heck you might even make it a better game than the one you played.

The reason I say go for it is because it was slender that has motivated you to code. So go code it!

In the mean time if anyone has a decent slendy model can it be donated to the cause?

Try a little bit of twist like this time you are the slender man and you have to chase a survivor before the collect all the notes. Lol

 

And when it is what inspired him. When something inspires someone, they work harder on that (if they are trying to make something like it) than something else. After that, he can try a new thing, branch out, come up with something else. It's not like Slender was the first to be a Slenderman Game, nor will it be the last.

If one of your games inspired me, when you be mad if I wanted to make a thing like it because I was so inspired? Or would you not feel honored?

 

I agree with you on this. I can't stand it when people want to keep copying what everyone else is copying, I like to see originality and fresh ideas.
But as PivoTraze says it's good for someone to do something if it inspires them.. that's a good source of development fuel.

But don't expect it to be the next big hit, as there will be another 10 clones made before yours is finished.
But to do it to improve your skills and to show yourself you can do something, then by all means go for it

If something inspires somebody, that somebody should use whatever inspired them to create their art. There's so many versions of Pokemon, but each one is better than the last. The crazy thing? The people at Nintendo got so "un-original" that they named the new games Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2. What about Angry Birds? I own at least 20 different versions of it. Minecraft? There's Minetest, Infiminer, etc. He's right...maybe you'll make a much better version! Hell, it's almost impossible to make a worse version... but that's just my opinion. I hope you dream big and achieve your goals! Advice: keep that attitude in mind, and you WILL achieve your goals. its kinda of anoying how most people seem like they dont actually expres there opinion, they all just agree and repeat the comment of the guy who gets the most positive responses, for one i totally agree with fishman92, this slender idea is just completely over used by everyone, i still believe that being original is the way to go. just my 2 cents.

 

My guess would be that there are a lot of insecure people posting on these forums constantly seeking approval. My 2 cents: I think slenderman is a smelly idea for a game.
