Slack integration often fail silentely

We have noticed the problem for quite while . When adding a slack integration, it often fail without any error, the integration is not added to the list at the end of the process:

Example of steps :

• New Integration
• Slack
• Build Failure
• Redirection to slack web site to Select target Channel
• Allow
• A message "added an integration to this channel: Unity Services" is received in the slack channel
• Redirection to unity dashboard
• => Integration is not in the list (and does not work)

But sometimes it work after several tries ...

It seems that the exact problem is back again...

 

Just to add some details : When clicking "Allow" in the slack web site, we are always redirected to https://dashboard.unity3d.com/landing

But sometimes the integration is successful as we can see manually going back to the integrations page and sometimes it is not (not added to the list)

The problem is still there (random failure + wrong redirection).

I still have the same issue to this date..

 

Also having a problem. I see a message about "Unity Slack Integration" for build notifications -- but no notifications arrive when start/finishing a build.
