Sky of Stars with Visual Effect Graph

Is there a possibility to make a Sky of blinking Stars with the Visual Effect Graph? I'm making a 2D game and I need a sky of blinking Stars.

Since it's a 2d game.

One easy good way to do this, (which does take some effort), is to use photoshop or gimp, or one of those other 2d animation software, and make a black background sky, or a dark gradient coloured sky, with a blinking stars animation, and then put it in unity, as an animated texture for the background.

As soon as my pc is working again, I hope to make a tutorial in the next couple of months, on how to make a blinky starry sky animation in photoshop, for 2d games.
