So I have a naked character and I want to add some clothes without needing to re-export everything from scratch each time I got an update with more clothes

In the first picture you can see Brian_low my character and the second object BrianParty_xs who is a gameobject which holds the clothes.
The character and the clothes are made in DAZ studio. The character is exported as an .fbx while the clothes are .OBJ. The reason why I did not exported everything as fbx it's because of this :

Now that I have the clothes prepared for skinning I add the skinned mesh render and I delete the Mesh filter and Mesh Render then I set the root bone to be the hip and the result I got is this:

Anyone knows what could be the cause of this problem or how to fix it?
    Thank you

    Hi,
    I follow this tutorial:

Everything works ok - body and clothes/hairs are exported as fbx - in this tutorial is all explained.
If you have any other question with DAZ - just ask.

Thank you very much. I saw this video, but I taught that the clothes were exported with the model so I didn't even looked to see what is he doing.

    I'll give it a try
