Bug SketchUp Transforms

    I'm running a previous version of Reflect Review which respects objects transforms when publishing from SketchUp. When running the latest version or the iOS app, the transforms are lost. All objects become accumulated in the base point, messing up the model.

    Sorry to hear you are having issue with Reflect. Can you please give me the following information?

    1. What is the previous version of Reflect that you had?
    2. What is the current version that you are having issue with?
    3. What version of SketchUp you are using?
    4. Does this issue happen in other platform too? (e.g. Windows)
    5. Is it possible to give me the log file? (%PROGRAMDATA%\Unity\Reflect\Logs, Look for a folder called "SketchUp", if it is not there, you can just give everything from that folder. You can DM me directly instead of uploading in here)

    SketchUp version: 19.2.222.
    Working Reflect version: 3.0.0.30.
    I found the log, will DM.

    hello, similar issue with a model exported more than a year ago.

    If i open the original model in sketchup and make a new export

    1. it is very long and laggy to load in the reflect viewer
    2. the same problem occurs...
