Size plane/object same size as physical image and pixelation

    I'm struggling to understand and get the results I want with for example an iPhone4s fullscreen image.

    I have an image imported which is 960 x 640 and set with a max size of 1024 which I think is correct?

    I then created a plane and and applied this image to it and "tried" to manually size the plane to display the image correctly. Is there a correct way to do this?

    I use an orthographic camera set so this plane fills the iphone4s screen entirely

    When I export and deploy to device some of the image, such as circular graphics in the image appear pixelated even though when I view the image outside of unity and the deployed app appears pixel perfect?

    Could someone help me grasp this please?
