Well if you have a laptop, beds are great, I just lay back, plop my laptop on my stomach and don't have to worry about getting a sore back or neck, however I don't think that anything helps with the sore ass situation, maybe a super soft cushion or something? xD

I had similar problems , back pain mostly and for a while I considered using a solution as shown in these images below but then, I slowly learnt to control the time spent in front of my computer. These days, every half and hour or so, I get up walk around for about 10 minutes then get back to work. Rinse, Repeat. I have had great improvement and I'm a dude in my 40s.

I hesitated from using the solutions shown below because I was afraid of developing a new set of health problems relating to my eyes and at my age I didn't want to take a chance. Still not sure if the postures shown below pose any ACTUAL problems.

For some added humor, also this

Yeah, the first picture already shows the problem, that you need multiple pillows on your back to get in a comfortable position. Over time the pillows give in an you are constantly bugged to rearrange them.

Lying on the back with the laptop above your head seems more comfortable - but - over time it gets cumbersome for your arms. Also I doubt the stability of the construction on the bed.

Interesting nevertheless. lol@last picture (probably the most comfortable, but I hope these monitor straps hold tight, or your head is squashed :p.

I agree. I think though, that it is the same basic product type used in a different folding configuration than the second pic which I found held the most promise at the time at which I was researching these things. Ultimately , I believe any posture one adopts, One must cultivate the habit of taking breaks. Most often, if not your body, at least the mind needs these breaks
