I've withdrawn my offer of a gift if Unity actually does it.

 

I like your always theatrical style, really, but I think you should ask to move this thread somewhere else, since you have not scripting question. Probably you would have more attention from the right people in the iOS section. Or on the bitbucket project itself.

 

@Lurking-Ninja , the few existing questions about the low-level plugins, are indeed, here in the "scripting" section. Open to suggestions though

 

After vast effort we figured this out; at least it's now known to be possible in iOS.
