Side Scroller being weird

    my character in my 2d sidescroller gets so far then The entire scene goes black (my camera background color is set to black) So i want to know how to make it so it doesn't all the sudden mess everything up.

    its really annoying.

    That is very vague. Has your character run out of platforms to jump on?
