Showing the different fps count on Editor and Device

    Hi,

    I have a scene which is having the city model. totally i am using only 20 materials, some of them having the transparent. Even i have made the occlusion culling and i used low poly models.

    I have some idle characters and some animated characters in my scene totally five characters, i just clone it and populated. When i build and run it on my device its totally weird fps count. In unity editor it showing the above 40fps count but in my device it showing only 5 to 10.

    I dont know why this problem, tell me some technique to overcome this problem.

    Is there any way to optimize the mesh inside?

    I have tried optimize mesh in inspector panel but my model getting damage.
