I developed the Unity Analytics Guide written in 2018.
    (Blogs from Other Developers)

According to the data, it was confirmed that Hangul was collected normally in 2018, but now it is broken as below.

Can't Korean be used for data collected by CustomEvent?

Or, when sending data to custom events, to a specific format.
Please let me know if I need to convert it and send it.

That's likely only a Dashboard UI issue. Those don't look like real parameters but just random strings. How are you actually using your parameters? The data is likely correct in Raw Data Export.

If you open it after receiving raw data, it's still broken.

    Yesterday
    Convert string to bytes.
    Re-encode Bytes back to UTF-8.
    and Sent again

However, the results have not yet been reflected in the dashboard.

    I downloaded raw data.
It attempted to encode or convert to another form.
    There is no good outcome.
I opened the downloaded low data to the HEX editor.
It is estimated to be meaningless data.

How did you obtain the RDE export, can you share a screenshot? At any rate, we are planning to upgrade the Dashboard and backend system for Unity Analytics in a couple of months, we can revisit then. Also, why are you using non-English, can you share your event structure?
