Should resetting the game, also reset GameCenter?

(I post this here because of the "General Support" on the Forum's title)

The player can press a "reset game" button in the Options Menu. It will reset their local achievements and high score.

Is it better to also reset the registered GC Achievements and HighScore or to keep them as a sort of permanent record?
